A 25-year-old Cherry Creek woman found by police passed out behind the wheel of a parked car in the 200 block of West Ferry Street with a four-year old child in the rear passenger seat was arrested on drug, DWI and child endangerment counts.
Ashley Hanrahan, of Cherry Creek Leone Road, who agreed to a blood draw at the Erie County Medical Center leading to the DWI charge, was found to have seven hypodermic needles. including two with heroin residue, and a pill bottle cap containing heroin residue. She also had a prescription bottle of Lortabs. She was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of hypodermic instruments, driving while impaired by drugs, DWI and child endangerment.
