LITTLE VALLEY – For the last six years, a late-July weekend at the Onoville Marina has been celebrated with food, music, vendors and fun for the entire family.
To make Onofest happen again this year, the Cattaraugus County Department of Economic Development and Planning is looking for family-friendly vendors.
“Onofest is a family-friendly music festival that has something for everyone: food, music, crafts, games and fireworks,” event organizer, Deb Miller, said.
She and her co-workers in Little Valley are looking for vendors that want to set up their displays and sell their wares or edibles.
Think you have something that is a bit off-center? That’s a good thing, according to Miller. She says the best bet is to make the vendor offerings as diverse as possible.
The event will run from noon until about 9:30 p.m. on July 26. Once the sun goes down, fireworks will light up the marina and the Allegheny Reservoir. There is no rain date so the event will go off rain or shine.
Interested vendors are asked to contact Miller at 938-2318, or email her at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Onoville Marina is eight miles south of Exit 17 on Interstate 86, along West Perimeter Road in Steamburg.
