JAMESTOWN – A 25-year-old Little Valley man was arrested on drugs and unlicensed driving charges after state troopers stopped him Tuesday on Route 394 in Randolph because of a loud muffler on his vehicle.
Kevin A. Hanson was arrested after troopers found a strong odor of marijuana coming from his vehicle and then found marijuana in his car. A computer check showed he was driving with a suspended license because of an earlier case. He was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and having an inadequate exhaust system. He faces Randolph Town Court proceedings in several weeks.
