LITTLE VALLEY – Chelsey D. Cloud, 25, of Great Valley, pleaded guilty Monday in Cattaraugus County Court to a misdemeanor charge of petit larceny on her indictment for a Town of Great Valley incident late last November. She faces sentencing Dec. 2.
In other court action:
• Bryant Galmer, 26, of Olean, pleaded not guilty to an indictment charging him with two counts each of criminal possession and sale of a controlled substance in the third degree for separate alleged heroin street sales in the City of Olean last Jan. 12.
Galmer, who could face a 25-year prison term if convicted in the indictment, was sentenced to 90 days in the Cattaraugus County Jail and ordered to make $770 in restitution in May 2008 for a City of Olean bad check incident in July 2007.
He is currently in the jail.
• Phillip J. Boudraux, 46, of Olean, currently in Cattaraugus County Jail, pleaded not guilty to an indictment charging him with criminal sale and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree for an alleged heroin street sale in Olean last Jan. 11.
• Jessica A. Gunning, 27, of Olean, pleaded not guilty to an indictment charging her with two counts each of criminal possession and criminal sale of a controlled substance, carrying a possible 25-year prison term, for alleged sales of hydromorphone and OxyContin in the City of Olean last Feb. 9 and 16.
Gunning currently is in the county jail.
