LITTLE VALLEY – County nursing home residents and recreation enthusiasts will pay more under legislation approved Wednesday by the Cattaraugus County Legislature.
Residents of the Pines nursing homes in Olean and Machias will see an increase for private payment care in the new year. Rates for the Olean facility will rise to $230 per day, from $225, while rates at the Machias facility will increase to $265, from $260. This is the first increase since 2011.
The Legislature also increased camping and docking fees at the Onoville Marina on the Allegheny Reservoir.
