The Common Council has a regular meeting at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Council Chambers, and is poised to approve a lease agreement with the Buffalo Bisons for the use of Coca-Cola Field through March 31, 2015.

Lawmakers will also consider the sale of city property in the University District near LaSalle Avenue, and property on the East Side for Phase III of Sycamore Village. Also on the agenda is the sale of the Market Arcade building to Sinatra Realty for $1.4 million.

• Buffalo Public Schools Superintendent Pamela C. Brown’s listening tour stops at noon Monday at the central branch of the Buffalo and Erie County Public Library, 1 Lafayette Square. The event, Pathways to Success, is designed for parents, community partners and leaders.

• The Council will hold its pre-meeting caucus at 2 p.m. Monday in Room 1417 of City Hall, and will consider a local ordinance governing cats.

• The Board of Ethics meets at 9 a.m. Tuesday in Room 1317 in City Hall.
