The Common Council will meet at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Council Chambers, and will consider a request from North Council Member Joseph Golombek to use a portion of the city’s casino revenue to entice Erie Community College to construct a new building downtown.
The college is planning to build a new academic building in Amherst, but Golombek is trying to persuade them to build in the city.
