A 37-year-old Fulton Street man was arrested Sunday afternoon on a felony assault charge for allegedly stabbing a neighbor woman in the leg twice during an argument. Teddy Asiamah was taken into custody shortly after the 4:30 p.m. incident in the first block of the street. Police said the victim was taken to Erie County Medical Center for treatment of left leg and left shin cuts. Asiamah was charged with second-degree assault and a harassment count.
