A 51-year-old Suffolk Street man was arrested Monday afternoon at Hoyt and W. Ferry streets for allegedly selling bootlegged DVDs and untaxed cigarettes to passers-by and motorists. Develle A. Lockett was charged about 4:30 p.m. with a penal law count of unauthorized sale of recordings and state tax law violations for untaxed cigarette sales.
