Police filed higher charges Monday against the two Buffalo men arrested for the shooting of two women and two men with BB guns during a confrontation about 11:15 p.m. Sunday in the first block of Kerns Avenue.

Christopher Withrow, 18, and Terry Garrison, 20, now are charged with second-degree assault, criminal possession of a weapon, first-degree reckless endangerment, menacing and criminal mischief.

Earlier. Withrow was charged with possession of a BB gun and Garrison was charged with throwing a rock through the front window of the home on Kerns Avenue and threatening people inside. The four victims were treated at Erie County Medical Center and discharged.
