A 13-year-old replica of a face that was outside the entrance to a midway ride called “Dreamland” at the 1901 Pan-American Exposition was demolished today. The plaster and straw “Dreamland” replica, outside the Buffalo History Museum Resource Center, 459 Forest Ave., was never built to last, and it had deteriorated badly, a museum spokeswoman said.
