The website Wallet Hub, which calls itself “the social network for your wallet,” has named Buffalo the ninth best city for recreation in the United States.
The site ranked the 100 best recreation cities in America and released its findings Wednesday. After analyzing various categories – including finances, quality of parks, and entertainment and recreational facilities – Wallet Hub placed the Queen City inside the top 10.
Buffalo had the least expensive bowling costs of the 100 and ranked fifth in basketball hoops per capita. It also had the 17th most swimming pools per capita.
Cincinnati, Ohio, came in first and was followed by Orlando, Fla., and Omaha, Neb.
