A bullying complaint in the Allegany County Town of Friendship has led to the arrest of a 16-year-old boy, according to State Police.
The youth was charged Tuesday night with misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child and criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, and a violation charge of harassment, troopers said. His arrest by Amity-based troopers followed an incident reported shortly after 10 p.m. the night before.
A ticket was issued for a June 3 appearance in Friendship Town Court.
Police declined to comment further on the case.
