LOCKPORT – A Wayne County man, currently facing a felony driving while intoxicated charge in Monroe County, was arraigned in Niagara County Court Tuesday on another felony DWI indictment.
Thomas J. Tomasino, 36, of Ontario, pleaded not guilty to felony DWI, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, speeding, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana. He refused the breath test, Deputy District Attorney Theodore A. Brenner said.
Tomasino was pulled over Feb. 15 on Route 31 in Royalton. County Judge Sara Sheldon Farkas allowed him to remain free without posting bail because he is wearing an alcohol monitoring bracelet ordered by a Monroe County judge.
