BBB drops accreditation of two firms
Two area businesses have had their accreditation revoked by the Better Business Bureau.
Devine’s Complete Home Improvement, a developer on Garfield Street in Buffalo, was given an F rating for what the BBB said was a failure to respond to a customer complaint.
The BBB gave gas station and retailer Seneca Hawk Tobacco in Irving an F rating for not responding to a complaint against its selling practices, the Bureau said.
Neither company could be reached for comment.
