Synacor, a Buffalo Internet tools and portals builder named Jeffrey Jay director of product and Christopher Muench platform developer. Previously president of web services for Charter Communications, Jay has a bachelor’s degree in economics and MBA in management from the University of Georgia. Muench is a Rochester Institute of Technology graduate.
