Inspire Dental Group, 3030 Orchard Park Road, named Dr. Michelle Lewis to its professional staff. Dr. Lewis, formerly of Barzman, Kasimov and Vieth DDS, is a graduate from the University at Buffalo School of Dentistry and completed a general practice residency at Buffalo General Hospital. The dental practice is partnered by Drs. Gregory Abbott, Born Dokko, Gary Haraszthy and Ronald Sadler.

Stantec, a Canadian-based engineering, architecture and design firm, named Jayce Grefrath of Clarence Center a structural designer in the building engineering team in Rochester. He holds a degree in civil engineering from the University at Buffalo. The company has several offices in Western New York, including Amherst, Rochester, and Binghamton.
