Seneca Gaming Corp. appointed Chuck Kilroy vice president of operations, Sheila O’Keefe vice president of human resources and Jacqueline Pinner vice president of marketing. Each will have responsibilities at all three gaming properties — in Niagara Falls, Buffalo and Salamanca. Kilroy has held various management roles throughout his nearly 30-year career in the gaming industry in Atlantic City and Mississippi. Most recently he was regional vice president of table operations with Resorts Tunica and Bally’s Tunica in Mississippi. O’Keefe has more than 30 years human resources experience in the hospitality industry. She previously was with the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Florida. Pinner most recently was with Mystic Lake Casino Hotel in Minnesota and previously held management positions in the gaming industry in Mississippi.

International Imaging Materials, a global manufacturer of thermal transfer ribbon products located in Amherst, promoted Joseph G. Perna to senior vice president and chief financial officer, secretary, and treasurer. Perna, a CPA, joined the company in 2000 previously holding the positions of tax manager and controller. He holds an MBA from Canisius College.

Tops Friendly Markets appointed Michael Biehler corporate counsel and director of government affairs. Most recently, Biehler was an inhouse legal counsel at National Grid and previously, he worked in the Law Department at Tops and practiced law at the firm of Jaeckle, Fleischmann and Mugel in its Buffalo office. He earned his law degree from the University at Buffalo School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Colgate University.

Cannon Design, an international firm in planning and design for health care, science and education technology, named Daniel Green associate vice president. Green has over 22 years experience. He was recently appointed national associate director of quality for Cannon Design, and is also the state quality leader responsible for quality assurance of all project documents.

BryLin Hospitals, a Buffaloheadquartered private, psychiatric and substance abuse treatment facility, named Marlene Longdon vice president of patient Care Services. Longdon has more than 25 years of experience in the psychiatric field as a clinician, administrator and advocate for the mentally ill and their families. She is a graduate of McGill University of Toronto and the University at Buffalo.

URS, an engineering architectural design firm, named Earl Aragona senior project manager specializing in business development for wind energy and other renewable and sustainable green power sources. Aragona will be responsible for development and marketing of URS Wind Power sector capabilities to clients in New York and the Northeast.
