Need help on closing costs?
HomeFront and Citizens Bank are teaming up on a closing cost assistance program to help first-time homebuyers in Buffalo and Erie County with grants of up to $2,500.
Applicants must have an annual household income of less than $48,700 or purchase a home in a qualified census tract. They must also qualify for a mortgage from Citizens, and must participate in counseling and financial education courses through HomeFront.
