LeChase Construction Services is expanding permanently to downtown Buffalo after years of conducting projects in Western New York from its Rochester headquarters.

The construction company, which has worked with clients like Millard Fillmore Hospital and Roswell Park Cancer Institute, announced Tuesday it will open its first permanent Buffalo office on July 1 at 487 Main St.

The 2,000-square-foot office will house 12 employees to more closely oversee the company’s projects in Western New York.

“We have always been able to serve our clients by job site locations and our main office in Rochester, but we feel the time is right and the opportunity is there to open a permanent office,” said William Goodrich, the company’s president and CEO. “Buffalo is a thriving region and we are excited to become a part of the community.”
