Pegula Sports and Entertainment will lease nearly all of the 31st floor of One Seneca Tower, according to a source familiar with the deal.

The company, formed by Buffalo Sabres owner Terry Pegula, will occupy about 19,000 square feet of the floor in Buffalo’s tallest office building, which was formerly known as One HSBC Center, under a one-year lease.

The 850,000 square foot tower is moving through the foreclosure process after losing major tenants HSBC and Phillips Lytle.
