Princeton Equity Partners LLP, led by Russ Conrad and Michael DiGaetano, is acquiring and renovating office space at 716 Center St., Lewiston. Princeton plans to move into the location in early December, marking the 15th anniversary of the independent full-service financial firm. Princeton also has offices in Austin, Texas, and Westlake Village, Calif. Conrad and DiGaetano are graduates of SUNY Buffalo State.
Picone Construction Corp. recently began work on Sacred Heart Academy’s new 14,000-square-foot gymnasium. It will have seating for approximately 500 people, locker rooms, storage, a snack area, fitness room, dance studio and offices. The facade of the gymnasium will be brick with composite panels and storefront.
The law firm of Phillips Lytle was recognized for its Peace Out! Program by the Institute for Inclusion in the Legal Profession. The program guides underprivileged students in role playing to explore problem-solving and dispute resolution, and it brings more than 65 Phillips Lytle attorneys into Buffalo schools, as well as schools in other cities where the law firm has offices. More than 650 middle school students have participated in the program.
