Marks, with M&T for eight years, graduated from Mercyhurst University and earned an MBA from the University at Buffalo. Phillips Lytle partners Deborah A. Doxey and Kenneth A. Manning will participate in the Second Biennial Ontario-New York Legal Summit. The event is co-sponsored by the New York State and Ontario Bar associations in cooperation with the Law Society of Upper Canada, Canadian Bar Association and the New York City Bar. Contributing

First Niagara Foundation awarded a $7,500 grant to the Salvation Army to cover the expense of an instructor for the State Test Assessing Secondary Completion, formerly GED program. These funds will provide an additional 300 hours of classroom time, which allows the Salvation Army to immediately extend the class by an additional two hours each day.
