U.S. Customs and Border Protection at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport appointed Cleatus P. Hunt Jr. area port director. Hunt, a native of Buffalo, officially assumed responsibility Feb. 24 for CBP operations at eight airports in Texas and Oklahoma. He is a University at Buffalo graduate and a graduate of the 2013 Department of Homeland Security Fellows Leadership Program.
M&T Bank promoted Ralph E. Pallante and Andrea Ruta Kozlowski to administrative vice president. Pallante, most recently a vice president, has been with M&T for 21 years. He received both a bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University at Buffalo. Most recently senior counsel, Kozlowski has been with the bank for seven years. She received a bachelor’s degree from Geneseo State College, and a MBA and a JD from UB.
