The panel discussion, which was part of the association’s Labor and Employment Law Committee Annual Symposium, focused on “Burdens of Proof in Title VII, ADEA and ADA Cases: A Historical Analysis From the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to the 2013 U.S. Supreme Court Decision in University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center v.
