Archer, previously the senior vice president of Discover Financial Services and chief risk officer for GE Money in Asia, has an MBA from Xavier University. A Buffalo State College graduate, McEachon previously worked for Saint-Gobain Corp. and the Wolf Group ad agency. Catholic Health Home Care has named Estelle Brickner vice president of clinical services. Brickner will have direct oversight for all clinical services in Catholic Health’s Home Care Division, including program development, quality improvement and staffing. Brickner served as director of Operations for WILLCARE, a home care agency located in Buffalo. She is vice president of the WNY Chapter of the New York State Association of Health Providers, serves on the membership committee of the WNY Network on Aging and is a member of the board of directors of the WNY Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.

Independent Health has promoted Janet Stoeckl to director, physician clinical services. Stoeckl will provide leadership in developing, monitoring and reporting of specialty, primary and clinical programs. A licensed registered nurse, Stoeckl joined Independent Health in 1996 after working as a staff nurse at Sisters Hospital. Stoeckl received her nursing degree from Millard Fillmore Hospital School of Professional Nursing and has completed course work in community health at Empire State College.
