Hilbert College is hosting a Hospitality in Healthcare conference on Sept. 19 on its Hamburg campus.
Panelists at the conference will address how regulatory changes, industry demands and patient expectations require health care providers to offer hospitality that meets a high standard. Just one mistake, according to organizers of the conference, could seriously damage a provider’s reputation and harm its bottom line.
Panelists include Thomas P. McNulty, president of Success Stories and host of the “Spotlight on Health” program on 96.1 JOY-FM, and Aimee C. Gomlak, vice president of the women’s service line at Catholic Health System.
In addition to the panel of experts, the conference features an “interactive business theater” that will offer lessons to attendees.
The program begins at 8:30 a.m. in Hilbert’s Swan Auditorium, 5200 South Park Ave., Hamburg, with on-site registration beginning at 8.
The cost is $15 prepay or $20 at the door, or free for students with identification. To register, visit www.hilbert.edu/healthcare.
