Executive AirShare, which offers clients fractional ownership of private jets, is expanding its presence at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport.
The Missouri-based company signed a 10-year lease for additional space with the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority, and is doubling the size of its local operations. Under the agreement, which runs through 2023, ExecutiveAir Share is leasing a 53,000-square-foot hangar, 48,000 square feet of ramp space, and an 8,300-square-foot private aviation terminal.
Its local operation now consists of 16 employees and nine aircraft in its combined fractional and managed fleets.
Executive AirShare established its Buffalo area location in October 2010. It offers clients access to private jets without the expense of owning a jet outright.
The company has invested in its local facilities, including building a new passenger terminal and office space. It has been leasing 26,000 square feet of space in a Cayuga Road hangar.
Keith D. Plumb, the company’s president and chief operating officer, said in a statement that the Cheektowaga location “fits perfectly with Executive AirShare’s mission to provide the highest quality service and the lowest operating costs in the fractional ownership industry.”
