Ecology & Environment has acquired complete control of its Walsh Environmental Scientists and Engeineers subsidiary.

E&E has been steadily increasing its stake in Walsh in recent years, gradually moving to the point at the end of last year where it owned virtually all of the stock in the subsidiary, which has averaged a year $38.9 million in revenues over the past five years.

Walsh owns a controlling interest in Gustavson Associates, a Colorado-based mining, oil and gas consulting company; Lowham-Walsh Engineering & environmental Services, a water resources firm in Wyoming; and subsidiaries in Ecuador and Peru.
