Five bars lose liquor licenses

Liquor licenses at five bars in Western New York were revoked or canceled by the State Liquor Authority in August.
A revoked license cannot be reinstated for two years. A licensee with a canceled license can reapply immediately, and a suspended license prohibits alcohol sales for a specific time.
In Erie County, Haibo Inc., which operates Yings Wings at 2309 Eggert Road in the Town of Tonawanda, saw its license revoked and a$1,000 claim made against is license bond.
In Buffalo, Jimmys On Elmwood Inc., operator of Jimmy’s at 1680 Elmwood Ave., saw its license canceled and a$1,000 bond claim.
In Cattaraugus County, Laurence J. Foster Jr., owner of Foster’s Club Paradise at 102 W. Main St. in Allegany, saw his license revoked plus a$1,000 bond claim.
In Allegany County, Diane A. Resch, owner of the St. James Hotel on Main Street in Cuba, saw her license canceled and a$1,000 bond claim.
In Chautauqua County, MCT of Fredonia Inc., operator of Sunnys at 43-45 Water St. in Fredonia, saw its license suspended for 20 days plus a $25,000 fine.
