A Cheektowaga office equipment dealership bought the former Harden Furniture Co. building in Clarence last week, paying $602,000 for the 5,000 square-foot retail store where it has already moved its main office.
Brian Parisi Copier Systems, through its Parisi Property Management LLC entity, acquired the building at 8316 Main St. from DRG Property Management, and plans to add another 2,500 square feet to support its growing business. The firm sells Ricoh digital copiers, fax machines, laser printers, and full-color copiers, as well as providing installation, service and support.
