Aaron’s furniture store holds Batavia grand opening

BATAVIA — Aaron’s, a furniture and lease-ownership franchise, is holding a grand opening this weekend in an 8,000-square-foot store in the Valu Plaza strip mall on West Main Street.
The Atlanta-based company, which currently has 15 stores in Western and Central New York, offeres furniture, appliances, electronics and computers. The Batavia store employs six people full-time, according to general manager Joseph Slowminski.
