ROCHESTER, N.Y. (AP) — A pharmacy student who dealt drugs from an ice cream truck in western New York has been sentenced to a year in prison.
U.S. Attorney William J. Hochul Jr. says Buffalo resident Abraham Reinhardt was convicted of possessing and intending to sell 80 Oxymorphone tablets.
The pills were discovered when he was arrested in a store parking lot a year ago.
Prosecutors say Reinhardt sold hallucinogenic mushrooms and marijuana from the ice cream truck during the summer in Cheektowaga.
He was a student at St. John Fisher College.
Authorities say they found more drugs at Reinhardt's home after his arrest.
