NEW YORK (AP) — The NYPD is looking for a suspect who repeatedly punched a woman inside an ATM vestibule.
The alleged incident occurred at 9:40 p.m. on Nov. 11 at a TD bank on Second Avenue in mid-Manhattan.
Police say the suspect was already in the vestibule area when the woman entered.
After she completed her transaction, the suspect blocked her from exiting. Police say he punched the woman, who fell to the ground, and then continued to punch her about the body.
Police say the suspect then left without removing any of her property.
The 19-year-old victim was treated at a hospital and released.
Police released photos of the suspect. They ask anyone with information about the incident to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-8477.
