SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (AP) — A male nurse was charged with unlawful surveillance after two women found a hidden camera recording them in an employee bathroom at an upstate New York hospital.
Citing court papers, the Albany Times-Union reports (http://bit.ly/1c70jiK ) that 45-year-old Paul Bourdeau was arrested after the women told authorities about the camera.
Bourdeau was arraigned in Schenectady City Court Tuesday on two felony charges of unlawful surveillance. He's accused of making secret recordings between Oct. 13 and Nov. 13 in a bathroom at Ellis Hospital for his own sexual gratification.
Bourdeau's lawyer, Kevin Luibrand, didn't immediately return a call seeking comment.
