SOUTHAMPTON, N.Y. (AP) — Authorities say they've arrested a drug dealer and seized 400 grams of cocaine and two firearms from his Long Island residence.
Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota says a search warrant was executed at Faustino Juarez's home in Flanders last Friday. Authorities seized a loaded .32-caliber revolver, a .9 millimeter handgun, plus $20,000 in cash believed to be proceeds from drug sales.
The DA says the suspect has pleaded not guilty to drug and weapons possession. He is being held without bail.
Spota says a grand jury is reviewing evidence in the case.
He says Juarez has served several years in prison on drug charges. He was paroled last year.
Information on Juarez's lawyer wasn't immediately available.
