FREEPORT, N.Y. (AP) — A mother and her two young daughters were injured while crossing the street on Long Island.
Nassau County police say the 39-year-old woman sustained a head jury in the accident Thursday in Freeport.
Her 13-year-old daughter suffered a non-life-threatening back injury. Her 8-year-old daughter sustained a possible broken leg.
