NEW YORK (AP) New York City police are looking for a man who allegedly sexually assaulted a 13-year-old at a public housing project in Queens.

Police say the man approached the girl in the South Jamaica Houses around 7:30 a.m. Sunday. The suspect followed her into the elevator where he allegedly sexually assaulted her.

The suspect fled when the elevator reached the victim's floor.

Police released a surveillance video of the suspect. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
