new TOUR: Campaign for Greater Buffalo’s Open-Air Autobus is launching a new tour, “Larkinville, The Hydraulics and The Valley,” at 5:30 p.m. Thursday from Larkin Square at Seneca and Emslie streets. The Larkin Historic District will be the focus of the tour, including the powerhouse, Larkin Soap Co., Central Grain Elevator, Sahlen Packing Co. and William Simon Brewery.
