It’s finally, officially, summer. And it’s time for a good round of what could be Buffalo’s most challenging game:
The Weight Game. The object: lose 5 pounds.
Forget baseball and tennis. Nothing employs strength and strategy like trying to lose a little bit of weight for swimsuit season, especially in a place like Buffalo, with all its pleasures and pitfalls. My considerable experience has taught me that there is only one solution: Make it a game. I’ve played twice, and won, already this year, and have some secrets to pass on.
