Neumeister is a graduate of John Carroll University.

Independent Health promoted Anne O’Neill to vice president, chief risk officer and David Shute to vice president, claims and recovery operations. O’Neill is a University of Notre Dame graduate. Shute is a St. Bonaventure graduate.

Visit Buffalo Niagara named Brian Hayden communications manager. Hayden was Clarkson University’s social media manager. He graduated from Syracuse University.

Women & Children’s Hospital of Buffalo appointed Dr. Andrea Walsh lead OB/GYN physician dedicated to Lockport OB/GYN, 475 S. Transit Road, Lockport. Walsh earned her MD at the Saba University School of Medicine. She is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology.

UBMD Internal Medicine welcomed Dr. Peter Elkin, an internist. Elkin received his medical degree from New York Medical College. Elkin was appointed professor and chair of UB’s Department of Biomedical Informatics in 2013.

TM Montante Development and Montante Solar appointed Christian Campos chief financial officer. Campos graduated from Georgetown University.

M&T Bank promoted Rene Rebmann to vice president and commercial branch manager at the 3637 Delaware Ave. branch in Kenmore. Also, the bank promoted James R. Sattelberg to vice president and commercial branch manager at the 1205 Niagara Falls Boulevard branch in Amherst. Sattelberg is a University at Buffalo graduate.

Travers Collins promoted Robin Needham to vice president of media Services and Barbara Riso to associate creative director. Needham graduated from Medaille College. Riso is a graduate of the University of Michigan.
