The Buffalo Coast Guard towed a boat on Lake Erie to the NFTA Boat Harbor on Sunday after the operator reported that he was suffering from heat stroke, authorities said.

The man was operating a 37-foot boat, according to the Coast Guard, and he was suffering from a panic attack when authorities arrived and towed the boat to safety.

The operator, who was not identified, was treated by emergency responders when he arrived ashore, officials said.
