A Batavia man faces three felony drug counts in connection with the alleged sale of controlled substances in the Batavia area, authorities from the Genesee County Local Drug Enforcement Task Force reported Monday.

Cody A. Bush, 26, who is currently incarcerated in state prison on an unrelated conviction, was charged with three counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance. He is accused of selling quantities of hydrocodone, oxycodone and suboxone to a task force agent on three separate occasions.

Bush was transported Monday by corrections officers to Genesee County Court, where he was arraigned on the charges from the sealed grand jury indictment warrant.
