The U.S. Department of Commerce’s Export Assistance Center in Buffalo appointed Rosanna Masucci director. Masucci is a 14-year veteran of the U.S. Commercial Service and most recently has been the senior international trade specialist for companies in Western New York. She earned a master’s degree from the University at Buffalo and has the Certified Global Business Professional accreditation from the National Association of Small Business International Trade Educators.

St. Bonaventure University named Sharon T. Burke director of human resources. Burke has served as human resources director at Franklin Pierce University in Rindge, N.H., for the past eight years. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Franklin Pierce and an MBA from Plymouth State University.

The Western New York Chapter of the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York recently installed Bridget M. O’Connell the chapter’s 28th president. The Buffalo Broadcasters Association is seeking nominations for the 2013 Buffalo Excellence in Media Awards.
