It took all of one day for Brian Moorman to find another job in the NFL.
The Dallas Cowboys confirmed Wednesday evening that they reached a contract agreement with the 36-year-old punter, released by the Buffalo Bills on Tuesday.
Moorman will take over for Chris Jones, who was injured in Sunday's Dallas victory at Tampa.
In signing with Dallas, Moorman goes to a veteran team with Super Bowl aspirations. Dallas is 2-1 and plays at home Monday night against Chicago. Moorman also will be punting in ideal weather conditions at home. Dallas has a retractable roof domed stadium.
