Kevin Balcom of The Environmental of the Town of Tonawanda removes rebar from the pieces of concrete along the shoreline at Niawanda Park, Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013. The company is doing erosion and settlement control of the shoreline for the City of Tonawanda. The concrete was recycled concrete that was put there decades ago.
