PHOENIX (AP) A.J. Pollock doubled, tripled and drove in three runs, and Patrick Corbin scattered four hits over six innings to help the Arizona Diamondbacks beat the Chicago Cubs 10-4 Tuesday night.

Corbin (12-1) allowed one run, struck out six and walked three for the Diamondbacks, who won for the second time in five games since the All-Star break to remain a half-game behind the first-place Los Angeles Dodgers in the NL West.

Eric Chavez also tripled and had three RBIs. Martin Prado homered and Paul Goldschmidt added a run-scoring double for Arizona, which reached 10 runs for the first time since June 21.

In a matchup of All-Stars on the mound, Cubs lefty Travis Wood (6-7) started strong but faded late, giving up four runs on eight hits and a pair of walks in 5 2-3 innings.
