A new craft brewery at 337 Ellicott St. will be reviewed by the Zoning Board when it meets at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Room 901 of City Hall.

Operators will produce beer and distribute it, but it will not be a pub or restaurant. A tasting room and space for retail sales are included in the plans.

New plans for the City Mission, which is seeking to locate at 545 Swan St., will also be reviewed. Plans call for the homeless shelter to move from East Tupper Street to a refrigeration factory on the edge of the Larkin District.

The board will also consider a request from Ellicott Development to install a 14-foot by 36-foot L.E.D. wall sign at 960 Busti Ave., and plans from developer David Pawlik to build a two-story, eight-unit apartment building at 2017 Bailey Ave.

A new two-story medical office building with parking at 501 Seventh St., near Jersey Street, will also be vetted by the board, as will plans for a new one-story house at 728 Linwood Ave.

A retail store with three apartments at 321 Vermont St. is also on the agenda.
