SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (AP) Wired Bryan took a clear lead at mid-stretch and won the $200, 000 Sanford Stakes for 2-year-olds by 5 lengths Sunday at Saratoga Race Course.

Shaun Bridgmohan rode Wired Bryan for trainer Michael Dilger. He ran 6 furlongs in 1:11.06 to remain undefeated in two starts and paid $16.40, $8.30 and $4.20. Longshot runner-up Southern Blessing paid $16.80 and $6.60. Hollywood Talent, third of six, paid $3. 80 to show.

Wired Bryan earned $120,000 for his owner, Ansu Stable.
