Buffalo-area developer E. Richard Gicewicz has acquired the Royalite strip plaza on Sheridan Drive in Amherst for $1.395 million.
Gicewicz, president of Falcon Land Development LLC, bought the 23,627-square-foot retail property at 3333-3355 Sheridan, which is located near the intersection with Sweet Home Road.
The property is anchored by Shanor Electric Supply, a long-standing electrical supply and lighting company that has also operated under the Royalite name. Shanor is the sole tenant in the 3355 Sheridan building.
The other building is currently occupied by three tenants: PC Expanders, Beauty Essence and Buffalo Picture Frame.
Additionally, Pyramid Brokerage Co. of Buffalo has leased space to three more tenants – Mattress & More of Western New York, Vineeta International Foods and Nicquid Vapor – so the buildings will be fully occupied, according to David and Ben Schiller of Pyramid, who handled both the sale and leases.
